We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and supporting your therapy success. We’ve designed our return and
exchange policy to give you confidence and flexibility when choosing your equipment.
General 60-Night Return Policy
Most unopened products can be returned within 60 nights from ship date for either:
● A full refund to the original payment method (minus return shipping), OR
● 100% store credit (minus return shipping).
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless covered under our optional protection program (e.g.,
Redo).
Products must be in original packaging, in new condition, and returned with all included manuals, accessories, and
documentation.
CPAP Machines – 60-Night Risk-Free
All CPAP machines are eligible for a one-time, 60-night risk-free return from ship date.
Customers may choose a refund (minus return shipping) or store credit.
Machine must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, and free of heavy wear.
Returns must be shipped back within 10 business days of receiving an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Masks – 60-Night Mask Fit Guarantee
We understand finding the right mask can be challenging. That’s why we offer a one-time, 60-night fit mask exchange
guarantee from ship date. After this one-time exchange, we offers an ongoing 30-night mask fit guarantee, allowing
you to try multiple different masks and still have peace of mind.
Opened masks may be exchanged for a different mask or size within 60 nights of ship date.
Unopened masks are eligible for refund or store credit (minus return shipping if applicable).
Cushions, pillows, headgear, frames, and accessories purchased separately are non-returnable once opened.
Supplies, Accessories, Battery Solutions & Other Products
The following items must be new and unopened in original packaging to qualify for return:
● Mask cushions, pillows, and liners
● Headgear and frames
● All cpap Parts and Supplies (including but not limited to, filter covers, side covers, water chambers, power
supply cords, air outlet pieces, etc.)
● Mask Assembly kits
● Filters, humidifier tanks, water chambers, and tubing
● Power supplies, batteries, and adapters
● cpap cleaning solutions and wipes
● Travel cases, pillows, and other accessory items
● HST, Prescription renewal services
● Gift cards and subscription services
Warranty
If your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us for troubleshooting. If a return is needed, we’ll issue an RMA
and work with the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Product recalls are managed by the manufacturer. We’ll provide contact information but cannot process exchanges
or refunds for recalled items.
Products with a voided warranty will have a diagnostic and repair fee applied.
Return Process
Initiate a return through our website’s return portal or by contacting customer care at [insert contact here]
● Obtain an RMA number and return label (if applicable).
Return item(s) within 10 business days of RMA issuance.
Once received, allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original
payment method or as store credit, depending on your selection.
Important Notes
Refunds do not include original shipping charges or expedited shipping fees.
We reserves the right to reject returns that are damaged, show signs of excessive use, missing components, or show
signs of misuse.
Returns of the same item are limited to one per customer.
Enhanced return benefits may be available for customers enrolled in our subscription or protection programs.
Interest paid to the financing company cannot be refunded.

Once a product has been opened, it cannot be resold for hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons.
