1. Order Processing & Prescription Verification

Because CPAP machines are regulated medical devices, your order processing time depends on prescription verification:
  • Prescription Items: Orders containing CPAP/BiPAP machines will be held until a valid prescription is received and verified by our clinical team.
  • Processing Time: Once the prescription is verified, orders are processed within [Insert Number, e.g., 1–2] business days.
  • Non-Prescription Items: Orders for filters, tubing, or comfort accessories typically ship within 24 hours.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

3. Signature Requirement

Due to the high value of CPAP machinery, all machine shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the package to avoid delays or theft.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We generally cannot ship CPAP machines to P.O. Boxes due to size and signature requirements. Please provide a physical street address.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Sunrise Respiratory Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

7. Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the cost to re-ship the item.
